Sending Kits To Africa is a charity set up by retired footballer Jamie Longford. While on holiday in Kenya Jamie caught the disease Malaria. Jamie spent the next two years in and out of hospital and having contracted the disease at the age of 32 there was no way back into the professional game for Jamie. Now fully recovered Jamie has been back to Africa many times and has seen first hand the poverty and treachery the people there live in. It is this that convinced him to set up a charity to help give hope to people in the third world.
